To increase awareness of business tourism activities for the members of the Club « Destination Séminaires en Centre-Val de Loire »

Due to a lack of visibility of the destination, the Centre-Val de Loire Regional Tourism Board decided to collaborate with Interface MICE in order to carry out promotional actions among the business tourism actors based in Paris and surroundings, and thus strengthen its MICE product.

What we've achieved

In order to target the best MICE agencies for the Centre-Val de Loire region, we extensively analised and extended the event agencies database, with frequent updates. 

In one year, Interface MICE organised 17 days of sales missions, giving several members of the Club the opportunity to meet 78 agencies.

A promotional event has been organised in Paris by Interface MICE, with 22 MICE agencies attending.

This provided the members of the Club the opportunity to meet potential event agencies during an informal event.

During a fam trip, 4 companies experienced the region’s business tourism product for themselves. A small workshop within the fam trip was organised to allow the participants to meet several other local partners.
