Implementation of promotional actions targeting French MICE hosted buyers for Hotel industry

To maintain high visibility in the French event sector, Prestige Hotels of the World and Exe Hotels have worked with Interface MICE since 2010 to organise promotional actions in the French market, and thus increase awareness and position the two hotel brands as references for French MICE actors.

What we've achieved

Since 2010, we have organised MICE workshops each year, with an excellent average of 50 participants (MICE agencies, corporate meeting planners and associations) per workshop. The organisation of the selling missions in Paris and other potential cities is absolutely essential for brands: each selling mission enables them to meet between 10 and 15 agencies within 3 days, and always escorted by Interface MICE staff.

We have recruited French hosted buyers for FITUR 2011, EIBTM 2013 and EIBTM 2014 tradeshows, to guarantee the presence of the key MICE contacts from the French market. Finally, to obtain visibility in the MICE trade press, a press release programme has been developed.
