In order to target the best MICE agencies for the Centre-Val de Loire region, we extensively analised he 2014 event agency databas. From June to December 2014, Interface MICE organised 12 days of sales missions, giving several members of the Club the opportunity to meet 56 agencies. From June to December 2015, 5 days of sales missions were planned which represents a total of 22 actual appointments.
A promotional event has been organised in Paris by Interface MICE in September 2015, with 22 MICE agencies attending.
This provided the members of the Club the opportunity to meet potential event agencies during an informal event.
During a fam trip in October 2015, 4 companies experienced the region’s business tourism product for themselves. A small workshop within the fam trip was organised to allow the participants to meet several other local partners.
